In short. I highly recommend going to visit for all types of muscle and tendon issues, Arty is friendly, professional and will make you feel alive again.

The long story.
After getting a bad back pain I contacted Arty to see if he could help. He was able to fit me in quickly and soon got to the bottom of the problem. He is very thorough and spotted some issues with my posture from bad habits over the years, he worked to help resolve them and advised how to avoid issues in the future. I also mentioned an issue I have had with my knee when cycling that has been causing problems for years, I was amazed to find it was tight muscles and tendons. I had been to several physios in the past, they didn't find anything wrong so put it down to getting old. After a few sessions, I am pleased to say I can get back on my bike and start to push my fitness again with no pain or clicking. I highly recommend visiting as you're be amazed what he can put right.

100% recommend Daos clinic for people struggling with chronic pain issues.
Arty has helped relieve chronic pain areas in my neck, hips and back. Giving me exercises to do in between appointments and tips on improving my posture.
I'm happy to say my pain levels have reduced and I'm able to be much more active.

I have had weekly remedial massage appointments with Arty for 6 months and since then we have worked on various aspects of my health.
Having previously tried personal trainers and sports massage therapy without lasting success; what stands out with Arty is his enthusiasm and commitment to addressing the underlying causes of my aches and pains, and giving me the tools to help maintain my health.
Arty regularly plans exercises for me focussing on different weaknesses identified in our sessions. Since being a client, I have noticed clear improvements to my posture, body shape, and mobility. In addition to my physical health, Arty has made me more self-aware and mindful of my diet and mental health; through journaling, discussing my food choices and bad habits.
I would definitely recommend Arty to anyone looking for a holistic approach to their health.

A friend recommended Daos clinic to me. I’ve had many health and wellness treatments in the past but this one was very different/ exceptional in fact! First time I’ve experienced the mental, spiritual and physical put together. Arty explained how they all affected my body which then manifested in an issue.
Just after one treatment my body felt 90% better. One thing to understand here is that it’s team work - the therapist does his work but the patient has to follow his advice to complete the healing process. I was given exercise to do. For me this is self love and self care. I’m just adding two more types of exercise to my regimen. I’d highly recommend Arty and his approach to helping people get better.

Amazing place with amazing value. 😊 A real eye opener in many aspects of mind, body and spirit. I have never met anyone who would be so caring and devoted towards the customer needs. All aches gone after just one visit although it was a real pleasure to go back and have some work done as well. I'm really glad i have found him online as no one else could help me enough with my issues. In the past I’ve visited so many physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, alternative and holistic therapies due to my body traumas caused by 2 Caesarean sections and broken elbow.
This time my intention wasn’t the recovery from body trauma caused by operations but to simply bring back the BALANCE, HARMONY and STRENGTH to my body and health.

During the lock down period my routine certainly changed and I found myself working at home all the time and certainly not as active. I felt I lost condition generally and had some specific aches and pains perhaps caused by bad posture and lack of exercise.
The visit to Arty gave me some pointers around problem areas and what I could do to improve these and gain better posture and fitness. I would recommend getting an assessment from Arty who will work with you to help.

Arty is not an ordinary Therapist, thinking, picking up the keys to solving a problem. He is well versed in psychosomatics, he feels your body, muscles, ligaments, etc. with his hands and "brains". If you are in pain and cannot find a panacea for a long time, then this is for him. You can relate to his theories in different ways, but I just trusted and get the result. I sleep without pain, my left arm works (before that I suffered for years, invented arthritis for myself, and the problem was in the muscle). Highly recommend.
