So, let's find out how to help ourselves, because just exercising is only half of success. We lose more than 50% of our energy through our eyes, and so if our energy drops, the brain switches on a protective function, a kind of energy optimisation, and in order not to harm the organs of the body by reducing the flow of energy to them, the decision-making centre reduces the loss of energy through the eyes.

How we lose energy through our eyes:


1. Constantly make eye contact with others, even strangers. Play a game with yourself - stop looking everyone in the eyes, some people have a habit of doing this and they can't stop doing it, look wider, don't focus on individual objects. Trees, sky, nature as a whole charge you with energy, that is, you do not lose but gain it.


2. If your left eye sees worse than the right one, stop and think who irritates you, who switches on the defence function of your organism to save energy.


3. You yourself show aggression - aggression can be both outward and quietly accumulated inside you, and the second variant is even more destructive than the first. In this case, the right eye suffers, nature protects itself from your negative vibes, do not forget that you are rewarded not for deeds, but for intentions. If you made a mistake and committed a bad deed, but did not plan it, then you are kind of innocent before nature.

4. Problems with the delivery of nutrients to the tissues: improper nutrition, digestive problems, various chronic diseases. This is where specialist help is needed, and we are happy to help you.


5. Disturbance of blood flow or innervation of adjacent elements (head, neck, upper back, upper chest) is the main reason why you should come for a consultation and check several systems of your body.

Many will say that the eyes have nothing to do with it, we are not trying to change your mind, we share our experience with you and offer different ways out of difficult situations.  Exercises for the eyes are very difficult, the eyes will get tired, so this method of recovery is not suitable for everyone, but only the most resistant. For some people, one session is enough to check their health, and subsequent exercises at home will restore your eyes, these people have worked on themselves, overcome stresses and are physically active, and all that is needed is to restore muscle tone. However, most need deeper help. Some have no time for themselves and little attention to their bodies, so they have to entrust it to someone else:
Checking the lymphatic system;

Balance of the blood supply to the head;
